Butterfly Service
The Butterfly Service is a support service for women who are affected by Domestic Violence. It is Preston Women's Refuge floating support/resettlement service.
We can support you whether the abuse is emotional, physical, sexual, mental, financial or a combination. We can help you if you are currently being abused, or if the Domestic Violence happened at some time in the past.
The Butterfly Service is designed for women who are no longer living with their abuser, who are living in their own homes and would like one-to-one support, advice and help from someone who understands about Domestic Violence, and the problems it can cause.
You will be assigned a female support worker who will meet with you on a regular basis over a period of time (from a month to 2 years). The support you will receive will be flexible and designed by you and your support worker to meet your needs.
